With the supportguidance of the China Disabled Persons Federation, the visit of the “Southeast Asia Economic Empowerment Training Program in Bamboo Weaving TechniquesEntrepreneurship Skills for Persons with Disabilities”—an overseas human resources development cooperation project funded by the Ministry of Commerce—was successfully held at the Beijing Massage Hospital Chaoyang Branch on July 11. Twenty officialsexperts from Nepal, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia,the Philippines gained firsthand insightsChinas disability initiatives—particularly the thriving field of medical massage for the visually impaired—during their visit to our hospital. They listened to Director Sun Huimin of the Tui Na Department sharing his journey of growthachievement as a visually impaired individual. The delegation toured specialized departments including Tui Na, Acupuncture, Pediatrics, Special Needs Outpatient Services, Rehabilitation,TCM Nursing Clinics. The visit also deepened their understanding of TCMs distinctive external therapiesits cultural heritage, supporting the promotion of high-quality TCM integration within the BeltRoad Initiative.
