Tong, a graduate of the Special Education College of Beijing Union University, has nearly 20 years of clinical experience. He has trained under renowned experts including Shi Ruihua, Zhao Runchen, and Li Bing, and integrates their respective strengths. Tong has participated in multiple provincial and ministerial-level research projects on acute low back pain and giant lumbar disc herniation, and published numerous academic papers on acute low back pain. He served on the medical support team for the 2008 Paralympic Games.
